It All Starts Small, Like a Grain of Sand…

This collection holds a special place in my heart. The pearl, one of my favorite gems, symbolizes creation and transformation. I first designed this collection in 2005 and showcased it at my friend’s tea house—not knowing it would become one of my core collections.

A pearl begins as a tiny irritant, a grain of sand or a small parasite, which the oyster envelops with layers of nacre. Over time, these layers transform it into something rare and beautiful—a unique gem, a pearl.

In this collection, you’ll find uncommon shapes and colors that highlight the unique qualities of each pearl. Just like us, each pearl has its own character, revealing beauty in its individuality.
